Smile Leadership Ltd are currently seeking to represent an experienced Deputy Headteacher for a SEMH primary school based in the Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire (ST11) area. The role is offered on a full-time, temporary basis to start from September 2022. If you have experience as a SEMH Deputy Headteacher and are either local to or available to travel to the Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire area, we would like to hear from you. We are currently supporting a SEMH primary school in the Stoke-on-Trent (ST11) area in recruiting an experienced Deputy Headteacher. This role may include an element of teaching responsibility but will mostly require working alongside the Headteacher and supporting their duties and the SEMH pupils. If you are an experienced Deputy Headteacher or aspiring Deputy Headteacher looking for a new role for September 2022, we are keen to speak with you.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Hold a relevant UK teaching qualification
• Substantial experience as a Deputy Headteacher/Acting Deputy Headteacher in a SEMH setting
• Ideally have knowledge of West Midlands LA procedures
• Exceptionally dedicated to working with Primary aged pupils

Due to Covid-19 a flexible interview process is in place for this role. A video meeting with a Smile Leadership representative will be arranged for applicants as a first stage interview.
