Smile Leadership Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator for a secondary school based in the Walsall, West Midlands (WS2) Area. The role is offered as 30-37.5 hours a week with some remote working on a temporary basis to start immediately. If you are an experienced Finance Administrator who has recently had a job within a primary or secondary setting and are either local to or available to travel to the Walsall, West Midlands (WS2) area, we would like to hear from you. Smile Leadership Ltd is a sister company to Smile Education who are a leading education recruitment agency.

We are currently supporting a secondary school in recruiting an experienced Finance Administrator. The job is offered on a 3-month temporary basis and the school is open to a full time or part-time (30-37.5 hours) position for the right candidate. We are open to receiving applications from either a primary or secondary experienced Finance Administrator or an aspiring Finance Administrator who would like to complete a term gaining some experience in the role.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience of working within a Finance role
• Ideally have used PS Financials or similar systems
• Ideally have used Parent Pay or similar systems
• School experience in a similar role

Due to Covid-19 a flexible interview process is in place for this role. A video meeting with a Smile Leadership representative will be arranged for applicants as a first stage interview.
